NZ might bring in another opener for Peter Fulton (Aaron Redmond? Tom Latham?) and either another spinner for Sodhi (Bruce Martin? Todd Astle?) or a seamer (Hamish Bennett? Jimmy Neesham? Matt Henry?), and India will be unchanged.

How much would the Snoozies love to have Vettori play Tests again?
I think we'll see another green seamer on Thursday.

I saw Vettori play a couple of Big Bash games. He could barely move. The end of his career is surely nigh.

We probably are the better team, even with the bowling line up that we have. It'd be awesome to get an away win after forever.

I reckon India are close to cracking it overseas. And England will be the ones who are cracked (again).

I have missed most of the NZ tour so far travelling. But looks like we are back to early 90s all over again. Wonder how Fletcher is still in job. We can't even beat the snoozers away now is it? A little green grass and the side is exposed badly. I expected the experience of playing hard tests in SA to hold us well. Ah well. Dhoni may have won most tests for India but he now also holds the record of losing most tests overseas as well. The Srini-CSK-IPL6 betting scandal is also set to erupt big in coming days in SC.

Lordy, I had forgotten Feltch was in charge of the Indian side. What a faceless man (with many chins) he is.
I see MSD as the ruler of the Bannies.

Should probably just change the thread title to 'Saint Valentine's Day Massacre'.
Unless part of signing up for the IPL includes a no-compete clause stating you can't play well against India.

FMD, just turned on the box to see a deep green rectangle with stumps at either end. Snoozie curators really taking the piss with the Bannies.

FMD, I watch 10 minutes of Hamish & 2m playing and missing as they scratched their way to 0-20 then come back & the Sheep had crashed to 3-28.
Nice debut for Latham - 0 of 8 balls.

Oh dear. Last ball before Lunch Zak bowled a pearler to Kane W and had him caught behind. But, dun-dun-dun-dun, Zak had none of his front foot (a bee's dick in it) behind the line. Kane is reprieved.

crazy decision to say we'll have a bat...the bannies are useless on seaming tracks and have no confidence after the 1st test debacle

Geez h, you are proving a ridiculously easy mark in recent times. India won the toss and sent NZ in. Research isn't that hard, old bean.
Meanwhile, Kane W gets a 2nd reprieve off a Instant no ball. But the long-haired one is still scything through the Snoozies - he has 5-27!!

Well done India, and well done Instant Karma for his 2nd 6-fer in as many Tests, and his best ever Test innings figures.
I'm sure that will make his many Indian fans happy.
