Cricket audio streaming through iPhone Empty Cricket audio streaming through iPhone

Is it possible to stream the grandstand coverage through my iPhone this summer? And if so, can I do it through an abc app, through the grandstand website on safari, or do I need to download the CA app and stream it through there?

My good old little tranny radio with earphone still does a fantastic job of picking up the ABC at the SCG. And it's batteries last a shitload longer than an iPhone's. And it doesn't receive calls. Cool

I would really like to know the answer to this.

I have never been able to listen to the cricket online.

Why are the ABC rights different for the radio waves and online?

I just downloaded the Cricket Australia live app, and joined the CA "family" (which is apparently what's required to get free audio streaming)

I feel thoroughly dirty.

I just downloaded the app too. I presume I will be able to listen to the cricket this afternoon RSA vs AUS.

CA carved the digital audio streaming rights from the ABC deal last year so you are stuffed.

In any case, if you are live at the ground, I think the streaming is still delayed isn't it?

personally I have always enjoyed the transistor radio...however whatever Mr K and S Kullywags do in the privacy of their own home is a matter for them

That's correct. You can also stream vision of the Shield matches to your smartphone for free.

Has anyone bought the streaming service on the Australian cricket live app?

$30 and you get the Australian summer's test and ODI cricket. Plus the tour of England next year.

The world cup is not included.

I am thinking about getting it. Seems okay value.
