No ball. Unbelievable.
He's done it before, Wood. He's always tight. What has he been doing to work on it?

I'm calling it- England have blown it in unbelievably spectacular fashion. I think I might even switch off the TV and do something else.

When you going to learn guys. How costly will that prove to be I wonder.
* Also don't think the current umpiring style of not monitoring/calling no-balls (on non-wicket taking deliveries) doesn't help matters, although one could argue that bowlers should self-manage and not push it so much.

Root is embarrassing Cook and Bell with his catching.
And that was almost a no ball as well. England really do make life difficult for themselves at times.

You must have switched off and unTrevved England for a wicket.
Don't switch back on ... till close of play ....

But it's a low blow to call him bovine.

Nope, I was about to switch off but then the wicket fell.
Wood is bowling tripe. They should have picked Footitt.

Australia have lost their first wicket and are still 218 runs in the arrears. They're clearly the favourites now.....

Show me a David Warner 50 and I'll show you the luckiest batsman in the match.

This is a bit embarrassing from Wood. We are learning a few things about him at the moment.

One can never accuse Warner of learning from his mistakes.

Good spell from Stokes as he gets Warner to account for both openers (finally). Had a quiet series up till now, but he's comfortably outbowled Wood and Finn this innings.

Warner's got to get rid of that flick/shovel off the hip. Surprised if that doesn't become a big target for bowlers in ensuing series.

Yup, brief resistance seems at an end.

Oh dear - decent catches - but brainless batting. There's 3 whole f*cking days for f*ck's sake. What the f*ck were they thinking?
Re: England v Australia, 4th Test, Trent Bridge, 06-10 August 2015
Disappointment abound for all the doom-mongerers. Australia's "resistance" so far has consisted of one of the flukiest opening partnerships in Test Match history, followed by a return to type - an inability to play any kind of lateral movement. It's going to take something special from the remaining batsmen simply to prevent a two-day Test Match.

Well done to the big Ginge. At least he managed to get fired up and shake the team out of their torpor.
That kind of attitude might be another factor in why he will continue to be comapred to Beefy.
Thank f*ck he was on the park, otherwise I think we might have been in serious danger of blowing it.
