So that one instance is enough to justify the next 5 instances. Just one player being shocked is enough justification for Ponting, Pup, Hussey, & Symonds
Wow !
Wow !

In 2008, when Ponting and Kumble met before the start of the series, it was to discuss how best to defuse an evolving problem: fielders claiming catches that bounce. Cheating.
The ICC, with a little pressure from the odd cricket board, will surely find a way to legalise that in no time.

Bucky - India - loser - 2-0. Heading to Perth to face Lee-Tait-Clark-Johnson on a fast bouncy track. Boo-hoo, so sad, too bad.

the lack of practice matches organised by BCCI is also what surprised me and forces me to think this tour is fixed. Who in BCCI decides on tour practice matches .. even Gavaskar doesn't know ? Also preventing Munaf from leaving for Australia and instead substituting him with VRV is also extremely suspiscious. A quality third seamer would have definitely cooked Aussie goose.
Instead of Munaf unfit VRV was sent to Aus and Sreesanth is also being delayed so that he doesn't play any part in future tests at Adelaide.
after the washed out practice match, this is how it panned out for the team:
this would how Kumble's notes in personal diary would have looked like:
Melbourne: Defacto Practice match.
Sydney: Real opportunity
Perth: Word hard to hold fort
Adelaide: Go for the jugular.

Ponting's were:
Melbourne: Get stuck into them
Sydney: Really get stuck into them
Perth: Make the bastards dance
Adelaide: Bat, bat, bat, bat . . . .
