Just for something different.

CB Fry (legend, nuff said)
Fleetwood Smith (who would you rather get on the turps with)
WTF bowled Bradman in his last test
Worrel (coz you've got to have a nice guy)
Fender (coz you need a qunt)
Sobers (coz you need a real star)
Miller (coz it would be fascinating to see him and Sobers at the same time)
Miandad (coz you need a total maniac)
Warnie (coz he can bowl a bit and what the hey lets get two total maniacs)
Lillee (cox he might just try to go another round with Miandad)
Need a keeper

Never heard anyone say a bad thing about Wally Grout. That said, Jack Russell would seem to be the perfect fit as keeper.

Grout was a mate of my dad's & i met him when i was a nipper. I can remember bowling to him on the nature strip outside our house. He gave me one of his Australian knitted vests which i wore to every backyard cricket game until, as an adult, i donated it as an item for a sports charity auction in the seventies.
Great memories.

Wayne Phillips was a bit of a clown behind the stumps, particularly standing up.

Gold. Still laughing at Qmy and envious about BDs boyhood contact with Wally.
