I think we'll need an extra bowler in Melbourne given the back to back tests. Stoinis for Wank?

Well, he can't bat any worse than Wank has.

Phurt. Nothing will come of that. It as more funny than anything, and certainly no worse than the hyena-like send-offs given by the Bannies.
I reckon Monty and Puddle will come in for the MCG Test. None of the others I listed in the >45-Shield-average-this-season list above give me any sort of warm fuzzy feeling.
At 5-112, it will take a miracle for the Bannies to win this one. My jangling nerves aren't prepared to write off the possibility.
Hopefully it's 1-1 going to Boxing Day.
Fink will not play. If Hollow Man is picked, expect to see tv coverage of an ancient outside the CA HQ holding up a banner with his batting and bowling average. Hollow Man is barely a District/Grade cricket first xi option.

"Sack cbnlg"
on one side of the banner
Hollow Man's averages on the other.
For me the parlous state of test cricket here is best encapsulated when Fleas says cbnlg is a great coach because he won some Tower of BBLs.

I am a quiet retiring sort of bloke, but the selection of Hollow Man will flip me over!
If interviewed you Skully should be afraid. I will blame Skully!

Unusual first dismissal of the day. Inside edge by Vihari onto thigh pad that ballooned to midwicket.

bats like shyte, but has become a specialist fielder, even better than the original SF.
Time for the quicks to inflict physical damage on the Bannie quicks. Short to the body stuff only.
Yadav shows his courage by playing from square leg.
