Pakistan declare & set New Zealand 138 to win in 15 overs. It seems a strange declaration because it is extremely unlikely that they could bowl New Zealand out.

They have given NZ a Christmas present! Questions will be asked!

It ends in a draw because of bad light but if all the overs were bowled, New Zealand had an excellent chance of reaching the target. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a massive backlash regarding the declaration.

If NZ had been bowled out in 15 overs even more questions would have been asked (like if they had a new partnership with the Sydney Thunder…)
