Noticed this series (of T20 matches) on cricinfo. Some interesting players involved, and quite a few where the annotation 'legend' has been stretched to its limit.

This does seem the perfect scenario for T20 though - players who've been high class, who are past their best or peak fitness (or both) and cthus an't play Tests or even T50 any more, but who still have something to offer the spectator with a nose for celebrity and a short attention span:
