It's more of a 'you're incredibly economical but you just aren't penetrative enough' thing. Well, that and we've filled our quota.
Re: England Lions Tour of India (Duleep Trophy)
Where's the scorecard for this? I can't find it anywhere.

Saw the scorecard. Try Cricinfo LLL.
Decent team sent by England, I see. BTW, I'd be worried about that second innings score.

Cheers. Plunkett? Now there's a blast from the past. Why didn't Monty bowl second innings?

Rashid's getting tonked by everyone just recently. Worrying.

Something about Shane Warne getting tonked early on or something.

It really is embarrasing that he's still apparently in the national selectors thoughts.

Re: England Lions Tour of India (Duleep Trophy)
There must be a rationale to Yardy lurking in the England set up- it really can't be all about mates & blowjobs can it?
I guess his rapid left arm spinners were effective enough in ODIs and suppose he's a dour yet moderately effective county bat as well. All in all though there must be an X-factor our untrained eyes are missing. Maybe his outstanding professionalism is meant to set an example to the genuine talent in the squad or something? Either that or he's a very refined and generous lover.

England - A play Central Zone tomorrow. Kaif, Bangar and Murali Karthik will be there among ex-test players. They've got a decent team, but the bowling looks a bit weak.

Re: England Lions Tour of India (Duleep Trophy)
You'd think Australia were playing India for all the lack of attention this thread's getting. The lions have reduced Central Zone to 200-odd for 7- Alan Richardson the 'pick' of the bowlers. Monty continuing to not pull up any trees.
