Now this is a ludicrous statement:

FFS, if the work has to be done anyway, they are in effect saving themselves 30k. And once to consider that it is a tax free saving (that is, to pay someone else 30k to do that work you would need to earn 40k) then Carolyn Morris is getting it easy.
