What a goon. As far as I can tell he's "only" been found guilty of betting on matches, not of actual match fixing or supplying information. the committee wanted to suspend his sentence for "good behaviour" but the ICC insisted on a ban.

It's not too late for Samuels though as he'll only be 29 when his ban ends. Would the Windies pick him even if he did come back? In 2 years time someone like Barath may have taken his place for good.
