Where do they find these fellows? Even more mysterious, why 30 years while a good many others are never brought to court? He was probably found to support the wrong side in the Perineum Party... innocent

Dunno - Zim looks as if it still has its full quota of them. As for knowing "Monty" Zuma, he may have been his role model - but being someone who got your job through loyalty to the Perineum Party must be pretty worrying right now. You can steal hundreds of millions, take bribes from gangsters, wallow in the stuff on the gravy train or make blatantly racist remarks when arrested for crashing through someone's yard wall while strastosperically drunk on duty - but just don't support the guy at what your boss deems to be the wrong end of the Perineum Party.
