Seriously, what should be done about Ashley Giles?

This qunt is tapping up players LR&C. How does he get away with it? He should be forced to give up one of his two unwarranted high positions.

He's putting his feelers out everywhere. For instance, DJG Sales earlier this year - pre-contract signing. merls reckons Malan. Gloucs have already had beef with him. I'm sure the list will continue to grow.

in direct conflict with the other.

HTF the ECB turn a blind eye to his tapping up other counties players is beyond a joke.

Exactly my point. It's all rumours obviously, but they must stem from somewhere. I cannot believe that up until this point(imminent promotion to Div 1) that Warks have had much of a 'bargaining chip' bar that "I'm Ashley Giles, England selector - do you want to come and play for us?".

Obviously the likes of Derbs and N'hants aren't as big a club, I'm on about possible others.

Doubtful, Jamie-wamie is still probably overseeing his family's chocolate business and continuing his non-recognition of anyone outside the England XV - whereas 'Ash' is probably always around for a bit of a jobby.

What should be done about Giles? What a ridiculous question ... it pre-supposes that you CAN do something about or with Giles.
