You shouldn't HOTLINK to pictures - as that's using someone else's bandwidth.

However, if you upload the pictures to a free hosting site and post them from there (for example picoodle.com) then everyone's happy.

Youtube appear to encourage people to hotlink their videos by posting the embed codes with everything, so that's considered fine and/or dandy.

You'll need to upload it to a free photo hosting site

See a picture you like? Save it to your computer, upload it to, say, picoodle.com, either paste the code it then gives you between the "img" tags or copy and paste the whole image straight into the reply box.

It'll take you about 10 seconds longer than it normally would. It's really not that hard...
