Not the worst players, but I'd like to nominate John Crawley and Ian Bell as they have been/were pretty much a waste of Test caps. They never improved from start to finish(in Bell's case, his last Test).

Talk about full backing versus lack of progression.

A pair of qunts if ever I saw them.
