Best reaction I ever got in the Gents was when - after downing a Singapore Sling in Hanoi - I walked in on two young guys who apologised to me profusely, "Sorry Madame! Sorry! Sorry!" all the while bobbing up and down. Good thing they'd already closed down the waterworks, or I'd have received a double dousing shaped like the ECGs of two All Black supporters at the final whistle on Saturday.
