Clarification!

The original line ocurred to me as I heard the news. People were making jokes about the Challenger disaster before NASA started looking for the wreckage. It's human nature.

I then made comment on the amateurish nature of the attack. FFS they missed a bus with an RPG after they'd hosed it!

Then reports came about a highly organised attack by experienced terrorists? I merely pointed out that if that's 'highly organised' and 'experienced' then the boys might want to get themselves another sponsor.

When it seemed that some people had taken that amount of offence they were calling for my banning (like this forum is the only reason for my existence) I decided to get really immature and give them a reason.

For the immaturity I offer an apology, for the original comment I don't.

Not to me, it isn't.

It isn't them being offended per se that gets up my nose, it's them expecting everyone else to modify their behaviour to prevent offense. Expecially when it's over nothing more harmful than a few words.
