why can't the whole world be just one big country? imagine if all the resources from places like the US and UK are SHARED by those in places like Somalia or Zimbabwae.

I don't know about Somalia but Zim has resources to almost rival South Africa.

They're just not being used at the moment.

Parts of The Rhondda are below the poverty line.

So are lots of parts of British inner cities, Smerfy.

Many people are advocates of free trade, which allows resources to be shared.

Many people are also advocates of self-determination, sovereignty and federalism, which ensures people are more able to govern themselves and that power isn't concentrated in one central authority/state/world government.

Isn't it bit like what the Bankers did in the last few years? Self govern without any regulations or limitations. look where it led us now... No thanks!

UK and US are in debt up to their eyeballs, mate.

Zim could be bailing the whole of southern Africa out, if Mugabe hadn't phuked their economy.
