Don't let it get you down. Some people need to go through 2 or 3 jobs (or more) til they learn what it means to have a job. But then maybe your employees are better and your letting them go for purely financial reasons.

No man they are not better than (presumably) my employers. It is just the hypocrisy that wearies me, because IMVHO, the difference between the 'sacked' and the 'not sacked' is a matter of who knows whom. Literally. And I have been fortunate both times to ' be on the right side'.
