What a good do - HD, albeit only 4 channels or so, and a hard disk .
Childish, I know, but I get so excited with new gizmos.

I've got one too. I don't watch too many HD channels, probably FX and National Geographic. I've almost filled half of my hard drive with films and i should probably watch them sometime.

The software can be a bit slow though.

ESPN has an HD so that should be good for a few footy games.

The good thing is it's hifi, so my radio channels sound farking brilliant.
Just got BBCR6 on now and it's crystal - loads better than the old box!

sky wont allow sports and movies HD on virgin. the other issue is no match choice. its got a few nice touches (bbc iplayer, tv on demand, 3 tuners) but fcuk me its slow compared to the slick sky +

I haven't noticed its tardiness yet as I've only asked it to change channels.
I sat through 2 episodes of NCIS or somesuch last night and have no idea what happened. I was just marvelling at the panoramic shots of Vegas that looked amazing.
