JAMODI series - best of 3? Empty JAMODI series - best of 3?

Given the decline in popularity of the 50 over format, should all future JAMODI series (other than the World Cup and the Champions Trophy) be limited to a 3 match series. This would rub out the best of 15 currently being played between some South Asian country and some South Park country.
