No offence Dello but after using a Mac at work for about three months i have to say that Macs are shite.

They are shite for work but grouse for home.

I'm finding the choice of free software to be really limited, having to pay $60 for software which isn't as good as another freeware product on Windows.

Plus, if i want to play some games, i have to install Windows on it. Oh and if you have the new Magic Mouse, you have to install some software to enable middle-click.

Let us know when you've mastered it, Dello. I've had one for 6 months (I bought it almost purely for the garage band application) and I'm only just getting value from it now ... it's a slow learning curve for a PC luddite.

Well, first off, out with the fiddly touch-pad, in with a good old fashioned mouse.

It is a bit weird for a long-term PC man. Everything's in the wrong place and I'm double clicking all over the show when just one click is required.

But you've given me a target to aim for - get to grips with it inside of six months...

I've been pondering switching over to a mac for the last few months now, but i'm a little bit...scared.
