The Australian Federal Election 2010 Thread (II)
Bradman wrote:He had a date with a judge Mick. The guy he bribed was in Jail. Sorry for your friend but end of story, he broke the rules, and thoight the bank balance would take care of it.
Very few deserve to die. I'd have preferred that he faced the full anguish of the process.

So, when was the trial? And yes - all 11 dead.
When Nuttal got convicted of the bribery charge. Even $1B couldn't get you out of that. Though there's always the chance Talbot could've used the Chewbacca defence or the "I swear beneath the fluro lights she looked 16 your Honour".
Talbot was and Nuttal is filth...symptomatic of the corrupt Qld culture...
barneyline's pathetic defence of Talbot as a philanthropist has the same cred as those toting up the the alleged $100m + the criminal Pratt allegedly gave charity (enjoying the tax deductions of course) forgetting that he made $3/4B from the fraud with Amcor.
FFS - do you have to consistently be such a sanctimonious w@nker - or do you get off on just opposing anyone else's point of view.

look Bodyline...doubtless there are Nuttal and Talbot family members and friends who are terrific folk and are aghast at what has befallen them...agree with other posters tho that i would much prefer Talbot having his day in court and then doing time if (when) found guilty.
there is an admittedly dreadful and savage irony in the death of the magnate and colleagues in Africa - a place where mining corporations have ripped riches from the soil (without adequate betterment to the populace) at often the expense of the lives of local mining workers who work in unsafe conditions that the west has not tolerated for a century

But I guess the pinkos mark this done as one of the things that Krudd is doing right.
In fairness, he certainly thinks outside the square in regards to job creation.
I mean, who else would think "kill a few kids, destroy a few houses and create shed load of work"
Howard, Bush and Blair?

Oh look, it's the War argument again.
Have a good look at yourselves, ya stoopid raving pinkos. JGK and qmy have been justifying the deaths of people in the past 18 hours in this thread. That's DEATH guys - the ultimate penalty.
Little tip, JGK. Don't let any of the BabyK's enlist, otherwise they may get sent to war and, yes, die.
Deary, deary me. A bit of pressure comes onto Krudd and you guys become even loonier than normal. Is it a full moon?

Clearly I do, JGK.
Back to the calculator to see what your gold stocks are worth while people's houses burn down due to Krudd's shoddy insulation program. There's a good chap.

Allegedly under the control of the Garrett's department, h. But I guess you too believe that he and Krudd are not in the slightest bit culpable for a shoddily thrown together and administered program. Hmm?horace wrote:it was several filthy ill qualified installers not adhering to proper standards...they are the ones who are culpable...
The bald spastic can't even control his bodily movement's let alone a fiscal stimulation package.
