I presume people have noted that Cricinfo has an Ashes Countdown Clock on its home page? It seems to be clickable but my work PC won't allow the pop-up. Maybe it's a simple matter of copying the url of the Cricinfo Clock into a post.

Anyone wanna have a go?

From experience last time, it's not as simple as pasting a url into a post. It's a 'flash' animation. It can be done, give me a few minutes.

Noice work Zoggy.

Can I suggest you put it in a new thread and hope that cheese-breath rikkis it. Maybe PM him/her and ask for the rikki and have it locked so it just remains the Clock with no peripheral chat. That way the first post in that rikkied thread will give us the countdown we want.
