Each team has 17 players just in case any young rebel Indian players are shot dead by BCCI snipers during the match.

Is anyone here watching the game on TV? Are there any spectators at the ground?

The Champs versus the Superstars - where do they come up with these fabulous names? Their marketing team must be working overtime.

I always thought ICL was there in for the long haul. If they were after instant nirvana, they wouldn't have entered into this.
the real commercial value of ICL would be unlocked when they go in for longer version of cricket and pick up budding cricketers right off the street and put them in the spotlight.
ICL is still doing yeoman service to cricket.

What if the Champs don't win the league this year? Will they be renamed the Losers? Although I guess reality doesn't matter much if a team with Ian Harvey and Chris Read can be named the Superstars.
