Zimbabwe v Pakistan, only Test, Bulawayo, September 1-5
Didn't take long for the Pakster's first fix of the series. A belter of a pitch......and they elect to bowl with a seam attack that has two tests between them.

Maybe they're backing their attack. Junaid looks 'biz'.
Re: Zimbabwe v Pakistan, only Test, Bulawayo, September 1-5
The first time a test has got underway without a thread being rikkied?

Day 1 almost over and still no rikki. This is a dark day indeed for Flaming Bails.
Perhaps.

It's still a test match. I can understand a jamodi or T20 between them being neglected, but a test??

Aye. Pakistan couldn't even beat lowly Australia. Only drew. Pretty weak of them.
Re: Zimbabwe v Pakistan, only Test, Bulawayo, September 1-5
Precisely. Really, nothing should be rikkied until England plays the South Africans.

Well the first test that they lost against Aus was probably fixed so morally combined with actually, they won 2-0.

We English are quite generous. We don't mind rikki-ing such trifles. It's nice to see the little scamps plugging away and swimming against the wave of ineptitude.

Good to see Zim back in the fold.
I hope they don't fold.

Think of it as a duty. We still own you all, in everything but name.

I'm wouldn't say Tino Mawoyo is a crab. He's a tad slow but I see it as playing an important sheet anchor role.
61 off 214 deliveries gives a strike rate of 28.5

Planet Pakistan last visited Flaming Bails on 31 May. I hope he's okay. He seemed so passionate about certain aspects of the game.

Well, Tino Mawoyo has done it.
No, he hasn't scored a century. Yet. But he has managed to bat all day & scored 82 runs off 273 balls. What a performance!

Good ole Hugh from Ireland.
Hugh from Ireland may be making this up. Or not, I have no idea: "Adnan Akmal clearly has some Irish ancestry - saying "yourself" to cover literally everyone within a hundred yards of you is a very Celtic thing to do. Come back to us Adnan! And Umar! Don't hurry, Kamran..."

Tino Mawoyo has done it.
He has reached his century off only 327 balls. Well done that man.
Now can he become the first Zimbabwe batsman to score a triple century?
