Y'all prolly already know, but it's worth repeating.
Aye, it's part of the reason he's got that godawful accent.

England: 1 Pietersen, 2 Kieswetter (wk), 3 Bopara, 4 Morgan, 5 Bairstow, 6 Buttler, 7 Patel, 8 Broad (capt), 9 Swann, 10 Dernbach, 11 Finn
Pakistan: 1 Mohammad Hafeez, 2 Awais Zia 3 Asad Shafiq, 4 Umar Akmal (wk), 5 Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), 6 Shahid Afridi, 7 Shoaib Malik, 8 Hammad Azam, 9 Umar Gul, 10 Saeed Ajmal, 11 Junaid Khan
Looking forward to seeing Awais Zia (the new Boom Boom) and Hammad Azam.
For England, I'm looking forward to the likelihood of seeing Bairstow versus spin and how he's improved.

Why can't we try an all-B England team?
Bopara, Bairstow, Buttler, Briggs, Broad, Brezzylad, Bellylaugh, Blackwell, Brown, Batty .... and Ballance.
Bloody World Beaters.

Blimey, Swanner's wrecking them to bits. All their big hitters are going.

He can't be much older than 20 - plenty of time for him to mature.

Why? His T20 bowling is exemplary. His batting is a bonus.
Re: Pakistan v England, 1st T20, Dubai, 23 February, 2012
Pak looked dead at 73/5, 144 is a good score I reckon.
Re: Pakistan v England, 1st T20, Dubai, 23 February, 2012
Bugger.
Aye ... Finn was shite ... Brezzy in next match.
Dernbach has to be the best death bowler around these days.

Good game, this. Buttler goes, over-improvising. It's a good test for the younger lads.

Poor finishing by England, yes.

Really good overs 17-20, top bowling. Gul is top in those situations. Ajmal's over was really good and Junaid's was excellent. Thought 144 was a decent total.

KP was the big wicket. He was looking awesome, no-one else really got to grips with the pitch on either side.
Re: Pakistan v England, 1st T20, Dubai, 23 February, 2012
Looks a fair win by the Wackies. At 5-73 after 11 things looked ordinary, but Shoaib Malik looks like he flung some dung. And you'd think with chasing Engulund at 4-121 with 3 overs to go, they'd poop it in.
Good to see some close rubbish cricket games in recent days, instead of the usual one-sided cakewalk.

Pakistan were 15 runs short and England should have won it with ease considering they only needed 35 of the last 5 with 7 wickets in hand.
Gul is an amazing T20 bowler.

Why T.F. bowl first in a T20 under lights starting at 8 pm local time ??????????????????
England always chose to BAT first after winning the toss in the ODI's ... so WhatTF has changed?
Post a score - then protect it ..........
Dickwads.
