How can one person consistently explain things so poorly that they are less well understood after he has spoken? How can that person be a Foreign Minister? Why does he speak gibberish?

Is he related to Horrie?

His ability to be a good Foreign Minister was massively overrrated by the media. You had guys like the Australian's Greg Sheridan gushing over their old mate Bob.

He was the NSW Premier who started NSW's fall from grace.

Greg Sheridan thought that Bob Carr would be good?

You surprise me; I never saw that article.

Perhaps Sheridan was encouraging Carr's rise as a way to make the Labor Government look more incompetent. I don't think he's a fan.

It was all "I first Met Bob in 1964 and realised then what a sharp mind he has..." blah blah blah.... I was amazed with the bias of it all. Almost as if Sheridan had put up a notice that no matter what Carr did during his time as Foreign Minister, Sheridan would be going easy on him.
