The Big Bang Theory (the tv show)

I know this show is mentioned on here sometimes but I love it so much that it deserves a separate thread. Everything I love deserves a thread of its own. I think what makes this show is the especially neurotic Sheldon. The other guys are just your every-nerds but Sheldon is one of those guys with every syndrome going. And just as you'd detest him in real-life, when you see it on't telleh, you laugh about it.

My brother loves it, got him a couple of their T-shirts for his birthday.

I nearly died one Saturday watching it... because I found it so amazingly shit. Absolute dial-a-gag, middle of the road, wishy washy shite.

Good show.

Also I'd like to bang Kaley Cuoco.

It's contrived like all comedy. But I think there's a certain depth beyond mere nonsense. That depth is called Sheldon. All the other characters are inter-changeable with every other comedy going.

I've tried a few times, but have only ever found it to be hackneyed cheese.

But, I've been known to be wrong, on occasion.

No, it's by-the-numbers Ameri-com.

I still watch it though, as A) it barely lasts 20 minutes and B) s'all right.

I like the fact that the guy playing Sheldon seems to be just the same in real life and the highest paid TV actor in the world (after farkwit kutcher).

Score one for the nerds.

It's not bad for typical American cheap laughs. I'd take 'How I met your Mother' over it any day, though.

Scrubs was a very fine comedy show!

I love Howard, he has the best one-lines, especially when he talks about his mother!!!
