A mate of mine was telling me last week that he always sits at a Muslim table at Company do's. They are an equal opportunity Company and the drinks tickets are equally distributed.

Personally, I'd be happy if Australian sporting bodies shied away from having alcohol (and gambling) companies as their major sponsors.

There are plenty of companies out there they can get into bed with.

Although I would miss the cross-over promotions in TV commercials. There have been some bloody good beer ads over the years.

The ban on smoking sponsors has worked wonders for me.

Aye...maybe CA could approach a Tampon manufacturer....it seems an entirely appropriate sponsorship for our team at the moment.
