Pert 4th day dressing room - what's for lunch

given the events of the past few sessions of the test, the English lads have worked up an appetite....but there are complaints over lunch

"my pheasant under glass is a bit below par" grumbled KP
"my foie gras has cheap Oz brandy not the requisite cognac and the I find being served duck terrine offensive in the circumstances", complained Cook
"I am not going to pass around the oyster and crab pies." said chin who consumed them all
"I've completely lost appetitie for pies" whispered Jimmeh
"giving us chops is no laughing matter" piped up Belf and Prior in unison
"Why do they keep giving me apples, hay and carrots?" whinnied the carthorse from Yorkshire

They have all gone for seconds on the Humble Pie.
