Re: Aus 2016/17 International series.
Repeating my post from the Aus domestic thread...
Houston, we have a problem. I didn't expect the Hobart dates (12 to 16 Nov) to be so early in Nov. I am committed to a 3 week trip to England to see my youngest in late Oct-early Nov, and this trip will clash with the Hobart Test dates. Doh!!!

Hmmn....even tho Ms H owes me a trip to Tas, I am now thinking of taking the car on the ferry and spending the week before....
spot of fishing, golf, the test, plenty of and then catch up with Ms H for a bit of MOMA

Very early start for the first test. It's usually mid to late November. November 3rd is the earliest start I can remember.

Disappointing Sydney misses out on a Sth Africa Test Match, I guess the desire to keep it as the First test in the New Year came into play

I know the Yaaps are on the decline, but surely they still offer better quality than he Wackies?

if we bribe the Safs to play a day night test will we have any money left over to beat the paks in a Sydney test?

Their batting will be paper thin if Misbah and Younis Khan decide to retire after the English Summer.

Guys
What's the best place to sit for the Hobart test. Apparently the GA tickets are behind the bowlers arm while the gold tickets are side on (which is opposite to what I'd expect).

Southern End (David Boon Stand - Bays 7 or 10 - either side of sight board i.e. basically behind the bowlers arm at the Derwent End)
