Doctor/patient has very limited applications non of which would survive a court order, diplomatic immunity is drawing a long bow as it's necessary for intergovernmental relations to operate effectively and most countries will waive it for heinous crimes and legal privilege is necessary for the operation of a legal system based on the rule of law.

The church doesn't need to support child brides when they've been getting away with farking them anyway.
