All is well with our crazy buddy. He contacted a mutual friend of ours, and he passed on the email.

He is busy in life and felt that the forum had become a bit toxic for him so he asked to be deregistered.

I wish him well and hope that he may return under another or similar handle in the future.

Thanks Skully for passing on the update. I too hope he returns. Perhaps the Gilly or the Ashes will coincide with his return.

I think the toxicity he found intolerable is limited to just one or two people. Vilky certainly copped his share of abuse in recent months.

If anyone here is in contact with vilks, please pass on my best wishes.
