Re: Happy Easter Egg long weekend all.
And why not. The whole weekend is to honour a bloke who was a dab hand as a mixologist.

Couldn't upgrade? You inspired me to race out and get some salmon to cure. Should be nice by Monday.

Re: Happy Easter Egg long weekend all.
It's amusing to hear on the news the warnings about to all and sundry not to go on holidays and to stay home. What difference does Easter make anyway? Nobody appears to be working going by the empty roads and trains and the number of businesses closed. Have seen two suburban trains go past near peak hour, one had one person on it, the other nobody.
The only things doing a roaring trade are the supermarkets, Bunnings while the odd cafe or two now only serving takeaway has some patronage.
Weird times!

At least they have a 50 percent chance of getting the date right this year.
