RIP Apollo 8 Astronaut William Anders (who took the famous first ever coloured photo of Earth dubbed "Earthrise"), who was killed at 90 in a solo plane crash. It looked like he was performing a "loop the loop" but failed to pull up as he approached a lake, crashing into the water.

Carlton Premiership player 1968 and 1970, a flashy, speedy half-back and wingman, also represented Australia at Polo, well known in his day as the Beau Brummell of the VFL (before Don Scott), a fashion designer during and after his career. As can be deduced from the above, not your typical footballer.

I vaguely remember Grand Prix as a fairly dismal cinematic enterprise in which James Garner and various other billboard talent did the mid 60s version of 'phoning it in, and made the cars look like Olivier.
