Funnily enough, those are the exact same reasons I couldn't pick Kevin Pietersen in mine.

Kemp will be rubbish though, just you watch. He needs too much time to get his eye in and 20/20 doesn't give you that luxury.

T20 is a strange beast - you can be cruising a win one minute and then 3 overs later be losing.

Impressive to see how easily 180 was chased down, I reckon that would be a winning score 7/10 times
