Yes, it is done with IPs - and they don't necessarily correlate with your exact location. My IP appears to be located in Yorkshire, yet I'm patently not in or even close to Yorkshire.

Yeah, it's a bit off. I'm not in Huddersfield! And I thought Demelza lived in Devon, not Harrowgate!
