ICC - will last person to leave pls switch off lights?

Perhaps some here may think world cricket will be better run by the tea lady (if she hasn't left too) than it has been by the above in recent years, but blimey it looks like there's something seriously wrong right at the heart of the administration. I sense an imminent power grab.
