Cricket fans, thank you so much for alll the support you've given the game over the years. You can now all f*ck right off while we market a bastardised version of the product to nob and niff-nuffs and numptys who'll pay plenty to watch it.
Those of you who enjoy the real challenge of first-class and Test cricket, we'd like to say we're sorry but in reality you can all get stuffed.

I dont support any county, but those who have been loyal for years are clearly not going to go and support Manchester or Leeds. Purely from a cricket lovers point of view it is STUPID. There is nothing wrong with the county system at the moment, I think 2 divisions is working well, perhaps they could spread the 20/20 over more of the season rather than in one chunk, but in general its good. If it aint broke FFS......

It could be worth watching. It could really be something to rival the IPL. They could even get fit cheerleaders from Bermondsey or up north.
No, you're right it's a shit idea

Re: England could stage rival to IPL
The whole thing stinks: a few thoughts-
1. What becomes of the existing 20/20, which has rapidly become the lifeblood of the county game?
2. What makes way? No-one would miss the Pro40, but the bastardised 3 conference idea is ludicrous
If you're a county supporter - just contact your county and tell them exactly what you think. I shall be, at approximately 11am tomorrow.
