The first test was actually half decent in an old fashioned sort of way.

Thrilling even.

All of Bangladesh would have been on a massive high until the last session. All NZ would have breathed a massive sigh of relief. The rest of the world had a great time LOLing at the Snoozies.

I am trying to get over it but when ever NZ play its impossible to NOT notice the mediocrity on paper and how these HIGHLY average cricketers are playing ahead of one of the most talented bowlers in the world. What makes it worse is that the guy didn't do anything wrong and was as innocent as they come! Its a travesty Trev!

its raining.

At least this gives BD a crack at drawing a test against a non-minnow side. Bloody feuding between the ICL and IPL has hurt international cricket with both BD and NZ being the worst hit.

If this is a rained-out test, it will make their failure to clinch victory in the 1st test even more galling: it means they've muffed an opportunity of a series win.

Vettori is now clearly the best spin bowler in world cricket as well as being an astute captain and intelligent and able bat

Looked a bag of shite in England earlier in the year. Barely out-bowled Panesar - who also looked a bag of shite, only slightly more so.

Best spinner in the world? Lay off the crack.

there is a dearth of quality spin bowlers the world over...mishra and the new SL spinner may make it...hope so...vettori may have been out of form in England but he is still a quality bowler - one of the very few around
