Which is not cool at all...
I'm surprised you haven't milked the Swanny career to the max on here tbh. I'd have still been on about it...
TBH, most of you just >>>
There isn't any qunts on here like Robin who categorically denied his talent. No-one to rub it in to (out of memory anywho).

Nice. Like a beach ball that wasn't even inflated properly in the first place.
The only thing that was inflated properly were his batting averages.... ooch!
Re: Is Graeme Swann the New Monty Panesar?
yes, Northants have had some star players in recent years.
Mike Hussey, Damien Wright, Swann, Sales, and now even this Sehwag character.

Yeah... that 2003-05 team was a beauty: MEKH, Hattie, Jamble, Loye, Swanner, Wright, Louw, sometimes Monty, Brown. Seems that there were stronger teams at that point. Turned out Kepler was making people cry.
Viru should bring the crowds in and we have probably the most 'explosive' batting line-up for T20s... White, Viru, Loye, Sales, O'Brien, Boje, Hall. Will be good for entertainment. But it all feels hollow.

Think how I feel about Glamorgan's all star line up.

Yeah, you're right Smerk - gotta feel fortunate. TBH, my guttedness of non-promotion from last year has embittered me for this campaign.

He's certainly bowled like a twat in this test so far.
Never the new Monty though - he has more than a stock ball in his armoury.

He bowled decently at Lords, just had a bit of a shocker in this innings against very good players of spin.

And he's been carrying an injury, in fairness.
