Now now Merls. You know better than to fall for that carp.Merlin wrote:10940 wrote:[quote="beamer"
So how come this bunch of muppets won the second Test and had the better of the third then?
HAD THE BETTER OF THE THIRD TEST???????????ARE YOU JOKING,just look at the full scorecard if it hadn't been for the rain Australia would have won that test easily,250 in front,4 wickets still in hand. there is no way England (UN) could have scored 300 runs in the fourth innings.very few teams over the last 100 years have done that,....wake up.
Can't help it people ... it's time to use the word/z ...
Wot. A. Qunt.
I'm with you and lardy on this one, vilky. Reverse woofer extraordinaire.vilkrang wrote:Clearly an English forummer trolling, guys .

twill be interesting to see if Jay changes the name of Tom's 5th test thread to comply with rikki naming conventions.

Interesting .skully wrote:If Aus go with the current 4 seamers, it won't matter what sort of wicket they produce at The Oval. These 4 seamers are far more likely to take 20 wickets in any conditions than with Haurie in the side.

I didn't just bring this thread up for that by the way, found it interesting reading through it and how different viewpoints (including my own) were mostly wrong on how the test at the Oval would go.
I really really hope that 10940 guy wasn't just an English forummer trolling now .
If he wasn't just trolling then he'll never show his face round here again.

So we're in this situation again. Had a quick read of this thread just now to remind me that all is not lost. This was a dark time and we still won the Ashes two weeks later.
