Sydney disaster: Culprit found....

Apparently it was Kamran Akmal's wife.


According to eyewitnesses, Kamran was often seen pacing down the corridor on the floor of the Inter Continental hotel in central Sydney with his baby in his arms.

“His (Kamranâ€s) wife used to go to sleep and the player had to look after the infant baby,” explained the eyewitness....

good question...have to contact the eyewitness for that.

kind of feel sorry for Kamran.

He is a nice guy, works very hard at the game and has done great things for PAK cricket but i DONT think he should be picked for test cricket for at least another year.

He's probably a better bat than your 3 or 6 though

yes but he shouldn't be selected as a keeper.

hopefully Younis will be back at # 3 so Kami can probably replace Misbah, they can also give one of the youngsters a go.

FFS, exactly how many bloody Akmal's has their father given birth to? There's the two that play for Pak, the third one who's also a WK and now this one. Wouldn't put it past the Pakistanis to have a Cricketer Breeding Policy. Thankfully that seems to have a few glitches.

He bloody deserves it if he's given birth to them.

As far as I know there is only Kamran, Umar, and Adnan.

I've heard that Adnan is a better keeper than Kamran but nowhere near as good a batsman.

There's a shedload of Sarfraz Ahmeds that have played FC cricket in Pakistan.

OK, according to Cricket Archive, there are 22 players named Shahid Ali who have played FC cricket in Pakistan. Will see if that can be beaten.
