Yeah I think so. Two kids.

An Unofficial limit. Not like China where you are persecuted for having more than 1. Govt. encourages restriction doesn't force people enough. Doesn't stop people like that idiot minister Laloo Prasad from having 9 for example. A good number of Muslims and people from UP and Bihar are the worst who produce way too many kids for their own good. Too much population with dwindling natural resources is not a good situation to have especially if it threatens to push the ratio of poverty and unemployment up.....
