I understand that there is more to it. But CA have already lost the battle.

That's what i thought but if she's on the level this is a monumental and extremely expensive reaction. Might be a Good chance for the courts to look more closely at some of these bullshite employee conduct agreements.

Well if she is the Government Liaison they may have a point.

Although it seems like the only person in government who had an issue with it was sacked for their role in all as well.
