When I'm sober, I'll post more on the subject. But at the moment I think it's OK some of the time, but needs some major changes. And a bigger disincentive if you get the challenge wrong.

Agree on the third test. But they are better umpires.

The problem with the Durban test is that they had sh!t umpires like Davis. If there's no referral system, they need umpires of the calibre of Taufel and Gould.
