Re: World Cup 2011 (III)
If Engulund beat the Windies, the Bangers would have to beat the Yarps to eliminate the Poms. I simply can't see that happening.
---
I can't see either of those things happening...
Anyway, the Jaapistanis are the first team to qualify in that group.

Re: World Cup 2011 (III)
Even if the Bangers win we could still go through, if India beat the Windies then we would definately be through and if the Windies beat India then we could still go through on net run rate. If England thrash the Windies then we should be through I think, but I don't think we'll beat them. I'd rather we didn't, I hope we crash and burn seeing as we deserve nothing out of this tournament.skully wrote:If Engulund beat the Windies, the Bangers would have to beat the Yarps to eliminate the Poms. If Tahir and ABD are still injured then BD have a chance of beating SA.

So, Davison's last ODI today.
Had some good times, saw some spotlight ... not a bad gig.

Bit of chatter coming out. Seems like banindia are fiddling with the subs rule. Apparently Raina has been on the field virtually non-stop. Anyone have any info on this?

To the Indian supporters out there, if you are at the game, is it an exhausting experience? Man, the supporters put some passion and energy into their barracking. I'm r00ted just watching them.
i was at the game. couldnt have been a better day when india got off to a flyer and SRT blew the roof off with number 99
and then we took the batting power-play....

Moose Wranglers 30 up halfway thru over 3.

It's only in the last two overs that they've dragged it back under 10 an over.

James Anderson and Michael Yardy? Those two get everywhere.

Patel just flashing at anything slightly wide or short and doing great. Good luck to him. Quick 50 comes up (37 balls). Could he do another Davo?

Punter said earlier this tournament that his quicks were the world's most fearsome and that they'd worry every lineup. Obviously the minnowest minnows aren't as concerned as the big boys.
