Re: Aust A Tour 2011
Hmm, over 30s Jackie Rudolph and Justin Ontong running around for SAf A. Hardly the way of the future. And I see Ontong is still as sh!t as he ever was.
Nice effort by the Aus A lads.

Couldn't have been picked for any other reason - didn't bowl and batted number 8.
Re: Aust A Tour 2011
Actually I was following this match, great effort by the last pair, looked like they were done. Rudolph's a funny choice because he was always ordinary in limited overs anyway. I did read though that a couple of their choices like Ingram, McLaren etc. were unavailable due to county or other commitments.
You wonder why the likes of Ontong do play and even for us Ferguson and Warner have played quite a bit for our firsts.
Certainly the saffies lost nothing by leaving Bosman out for a change.

She's drooped with age.
Yet she only looks 21. Obviously likes to swing the baps about bra-less.

Like if you were 21 again? I think Harry's latest flame is a bit of a stick insect. But red's latest avatar seems a bit more Rubenesque.

does anyone else think it peculiar that both taips and red have joint obsessions with their avatars?

Re: Aust A Tour 2011
Australia just pipped SA in the final. We made 293 and they were bowled out on the last ball for 291. Hughes and Warner both made tons. SA probably handicapped by Ontong and Philander again. Had they had Elgar, Ingram and McLaren the matches might have been a bit different.
Marsh got four scalps though was expensive.
The bottom line for the Aussies was that the batting was pretty good overall but the bowling a bit problematic.

I thought South africa had done away with quotas? Or is that just the top national side?

Umpires: Chirombe, O (ZIM), Tiffin, RB (ZIM)
FFS...i thought Tiffin had been retired to some shallow grave out on the velt.
Re: Aust A Tour 2011
Aust on top at stumps on day 1 of the four day game v Zimbo X1.
Krazy was the star with 3/24. Hilfy & Copeland bowled well without luck while Marsh & Beer picked up one each.
Zimbo X1 6/206
