I know the umps that reported her in a WNCL game and they were not happy when she was cleared (to play in the Women's World Cup) .

It's so true it's not worth protesting. I have a pic of my club team at an awards night and at the time of the photo, 4 of us out of 11 were straight. One girl has since come out after starting uni, and we three are still man fans. 8 of our team are gay. That includes 3 couples. I am fantastic friends with all of them, and there are no scary man-dressing, spiky haired ones, but it's how women's cricket is. Gayer than a big gay bear.

Also, none of them chuck. My buddy got called for it a couple of times so she switched to spin and promptly started taking heaps of wickets in the men's second team. Men love to charge a small woman bowling offspin!
